Designer Notes

Situated in Highbury, Kuils River, in Cape Town’s northern suburbs, Student Haus provides a modern, purpose-designed accommodation solution for students attending nearby tertiary institutions such as the University of the Western Cape (UWC), Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), and Northlink College.

The complex consists of five four-storey blocks, each featuring one and two-bedroom units available for rent. These residences are arranged around beautifully landscaped gardens that serve as communal breakaway spaces, ideal for study breaks, relaxation, or social gatherings. The gardens, paired with shaded seating areas, create an atmosphere that fosters a sense of community while promoting mental well-being.
