NASPERS MEDIA 24 COMPETITION

The Naspers Centre, situated in the Cape Town Foreshore precinct, is an integral part of the historic cityscape, set against the backdrop of Table Mountain and with Table Bay to the North. In developing the design, various constraints were taken into account, including the existing structure, natural conditions, and historical context. The goal is not to eliminate the existing structure but rather to enhance it. The design aims to introduce contemporary layers that imbue the already iconic original structure with new and exciting meanings.
