The Naspers Centre located in the Cape Town Foreshore precinct, forms part of the historic cityscape against with Table Mountain as a backdrop and Table Bay to the North. In developing the design, several constraints were considered, from the existing structure to natural conditions and historical context. The intention is not to erase the existing structure. The design aims to add contemporary new layers which give new and exciting meanings to the already iconic original structure.
